Where can I park?
There is ample car parking available on site at Epsom Downs and this is free to all visitors on non-racedays.
Is there a drop off and pick up point?
This is operated from within the site outside either the Duchess’s Stand and Queen’s Stand depending on which building your event is taking place in.
What facilities are there for disabled customers?
Epsom Downs works hard to cater to the needs of its disabled visitors, offering preferential parking, accessible toilets, ramp and lift facilities.
What time could our event finish?
Evening events are booked until 23:00 hours but an extension is possible - speak to our dedicated sales team.
Do you provide entertainment?
We have an in-house DJ supplier which is included in wedding and banqueting packages. We can arrange entertainment within your suite at an additional charge, or we can provide some contact information if you wish to discuss and arrange this yourself.
Can we have a cash bar in our suite?
Yes we can provide a cash bar within your suite.
Can I hire the Epsom Downs Racecourse for a daytime event?
We have a range of rooms and facilities available for hire.
Is there free Wi-FI?
​Free Wi-Fi is available at all events.
Can you arrange catering?
We can arrange catering for all types of event and offer Day Delegate Packages best suited to your event as well as standard room hire.
